     4) Housekeeping services After each guest leaves our cleaning crew will
         clean your home- (Fee charged to guest)

     5) Pesticide Inside and outside the home once to twice a month 

     6) Advertise and book your home-  We advertise on high ranking 
         websites to ensure rentals.

      3) Painting inside or outside.
      4) Pressure washing deck our outside the home 
      5) We also offer furniture packages-From $13,900 to aprox $20,000.
